Yuki - A collaborative effort between the lovely and I!
My internet has been awful these past few days, so unfortunately file transfer has been an unexpectedly large hurdle;;;... it was quite a journey - even though I'm not completely satisfied with the outcome I am proud of our combined efforts and wholly enjoyed it!
Thanks for drawing with me and putting up with my awful art quirks, Fai! ;;;
Fai - WHEEZES BECAUSE GOT A CHANCE TO COLLAB WITH THE LOVELY
WHICH SHOULD EXPLAIN WHY THIS LOOKS RATHER DIFFERENT (as in, better) from my usual pieces ahahahahaha. Cough how to hold all of my tricore feels but for a slightly more coherent artist comment... Yuki and I spent a lot of time doing monster battles in Tricore for the elusive Doradora Egg (which we never got wheezes) and... lumber (CRINGES AT THE WORD LUMBER!!) but we've been planning on doing a collaboration for a while now, so this seemed like an appropriate occasion to put a piece together! The mysterious creature hulking in the front is a 200 HP fire dragon being slammed by the spell "Cry me a River!". AH THE MEMORIES.
I'm laughing because I went back to look at my collab with Alex and I FEEL LIKE I WAS BASICALLY ALONG FOR THE RIDE AGAIN W/O HAVING CONTRIBUTED MUCH LOL (GOMEN YUKI ALL OF MY GOMENS). Learns all of the cool things from Yuki. BUT THANK YOU AGAIN YUKIIIIIIIIIII FOR LEMME WORK WITH YOU AND DRAG YOU THROUGH THE MUD LMAO with my bad technique.

"Cry me a river!" And other awesome spell names @ Remi
The expression on the small bird is easily the most intinidating part of this picture.
As for the rest of it..
I think 'wow' is appropriate.
The dynamic poses and composition look amazing. It shows such a great sense of action and movement! And the colouring!!! Always admired how you coloured. The way everything blends, plus the background and water effects, are so detailed!
Kinda makes me regret not participating in the Tricore event, haha. XD
Yo......... I... I just.... gonna stare at this for a while cuz.....
Words I... I just can't make words for thsi..........
The coloring....................... I............................................... /implosion
Beautiful painty collabs of my favorite people I can't
Gosh I just love the colors you used and the water effect, everything fits into the scene without looking out of place or ill-fitting--nice dynamic poses for the lovely mages and the dragon framing the piece at the bottom. I love the texture on that and the water the most!
And as much as you talk yourself down I definitely see your painting style in here, Fai lmao-- gosh two of my favorite people collabbing this is so wonderful
